In an era marked by unprecedented challenges, our systems are revealing their fragility. The 21st century's first global pandemic has underscored the urgent need for resilient, thoughtfully designed systems. Designers, with their human-focused approaches, are just as suited to solve humanity's big problems than traditional strategists, business consultants, and policymakers.
I aim to transcend user-friendly experiences by moving back into the problem space to tackle complex, big-picture organizational issues and exercising creative control over the products being created. Beyond understanding the user and product, one must grasp the broader context—cultural, policy, and market landscapes—to drive real innovation that aligns with both organizational and customer needs, manipulating products into systemic change.

By applying contemporary design principles and their problem-solving abilities in a bigger playing field of systemic problems dominated by management consultants and policymakers I aim to strengthen an organization's strategic and innovative capabilities. This involves acting as connective tissue across teams and disciplines, embedding a design mentality on strategic levels and innovation operations to achieve meaningful metrics.
